Brian Cronin - MPT, CSCS. Brian earned his BA from the University of Washington and a Masters of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. Brian is certified as a strength and conditioning specialist and specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, and sports training. Brian did an internship with the San Francisco 49’ers in the spring of 2004. Brian combines his unique sports medicine education, his sports background as a player and coach, and his passion for the game to provide cutting-edge therapy and performance training. |

Mike Nilson - CSCS, FAFS. Mike graduated from Gonzaga University with a BA in Business and recently completed his Masters in servant leadership at Gonzaga. He is the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Gonzaga University Bulldogs. He played basketball for Gonzaga’s Elite 8 and Sweet 16 teams, earning WCC Defensive Player of the Year and All-Academic Team honors. Mike recently completed a 40-week mentorship program in Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute. Mike specializes in sports performance training with youth to professional athletes. |

Jeff Hart - MPT, CSCS. Jeff earned his BS and Masters of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. Jeff is also certified as a strength and conditioning specialist. He combines his unique educational background to provide physical therapy services to youth athletes through active seniors. |

Tina Valentine - ATC. Tina earned her BS from Arizona State University and Masters of Science from the University of Oregon. Most recently served as Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Texas at El Paso. She is currently the Head Athletic Trainer for U-District Physical Therapy and provides high quality athletic training services to local area high schools. |

Karie Pruett Ike- DPT. Karie earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from EWU. She graduated from Ferris HS and played college basketball at Central Washington. She is an assistant girls basketball coach and team Physical Therapist at Lewis and Clark HS. |

Nick Carlone -CSCS. Nick is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He is from Redmond, Washington and graduated with a BS in exercise science from Eastern Washington University. He specifically works as the strength coach at Gonzaga Prep Highschool and specializes in speed and agility development. He is also involved in the U-District Foundation providing local schools with PE programs. Nick has been a member of the U-District team since 2007.. |

Cyndee Reeves - She has over 20 years in medical billing. She was U-District's first employee when we opened our doors in June of 2004. Cyndee is married and has a daughter named Peyton. She enjoys volunteering at her daughter’s school and claims she would visit Las Vegas every month if she could! She also helps with our foundation fitness camps. |

Travis Knight - M.Ed, CSCS, CPT, USAW. Travis heads U-District's Personal Training programs. He played baseball at Gonzaga University and earned his bachelors degree in physical education. He completed his graduate degree in exercise science from Wichita State University and did a graduate internship with the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Kansas State University. He has been a personal trainer for 7 years and heads the personal training program, Active Through Sports, Stronger Bones, Stronger Bodies osteoporosis program, Corporate Movement fitness program, and community relations. |

Katie McCaffery - CSCS, NSCA-CPT. Katie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Western Washington University.As a Personal Trainer, Katie trains small groups, one on one, and adult fitness classes such as Functional Fitness, High Intensity Cross Training and Recess. She also specializes in Sports Performance Training for youth athletes. Katie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In addition to her involvement in the U-District Foundation, Katie loves to run, backpack and Mt. Bike in her free time. Katie has been a member of the U-District team since 2005.

Christine Cronin - DPT,CSCS. Christine graduated from Western Washington University in Exercise Science and received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. Christine is a physical therapist and sports trainer and assists with our youth fitness camps. Christine has been a member of the U-District team since 2005. |

Aaryn Hieb - DPT. Aaryn received he undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University, where she played collegiate tennis. She completed her doctorate of physical therapy at the University of Southern California. Aaryn has previous experience in pediatric physical therapy and has been a member of the U-District team since 2007. |

Jill Walling - Jill is the front office coordinator at U-District and also helps with our foundation camps. She has been with U-District since 2006. She is most likely one of the first people you will come in contact with at U-district either by phone or in person. She will greet you with a sincere and compassionate smile and can answer any of your questions or point you in the right direction. |

Kirsten DeHart - MPT. Kirsten graduated from Whitman College with a BA in Biology. She then earned her Masters degree in physical therapy from Eastern Washington University. Kirsten is the newest member of the U-district team joining us in 2009. She leads the Spokane "Mom's In Motion" fitness teams, helping local Mom's to achieve there fitness goals. |

Chad Chambers - BS, CSCS. Chad earned his BS in Exercise Science from Eastern Washington University with a minor in coaching. He is currently working toward completing his masters in Exercise Science. He played 2 years of basketball and 2 years of track at Clark College in Vancouver WA. At Clark he was the captain of both teams and excelled in the high jump and 400 as a 2 time All-American. Chad then transferred to Eastern for his last 2 years of track where he high jumped 6’11” and was ranked 31st in the nation. Chad specializes in sports training for youth, high school, and college. |

Sarah Michaelson - BS, CSCS. Sarah Michaelson graduated from Gonzaga University with a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2005. She also played on the women's soccer team for four years. After graduating Sarah spent a season playing professional soccer in Sweden's top women's league, the Damallsvenskan. She is currently a sports performance trainer as well as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for Gonzaga University Athletics. She works with a variety of teams including men's and women's soccer, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's golf, men's and women's crew, and volleyball on a year round basis. Sarah attained her master's degree in Organizational Leadership in May of 2009. Sarah has been a member of the U-District team since 2006. |
