30U
30U is a brand new way to stay inspired & healthy. It combines the best of personal training with the best of group fitness. The idea is to have a 30-minute meeting every 30 days with your personal trainer while you’re doing our fun fitness classes. You’ll get 1-on-1 attention and specific training in your monthly personal training meetings and also get the team environment & community feel with our fitness classes.
After meeting with your personal trainer for testing and goal setting, we’ll create a 30-Day Challenge that will keep you on track. You can choose to attend any of our unique fitness classes that are listed below, as well as participate in our on-line workouts that can be performed anywhere, including our facility. Every 30 days, you’ll have a 30-minute meeting with your trainer to check in on your goals, do personalized testing, and set another 30-Day Challenge. Whether you’re working on nutrition, body composition, strength, or flexibility, 30U will help inspire you to be your best!

Boot Camp
Hite Performance Boot Camps have joined the U-District team!. They are a high energy and motivating way to improve your fitness. Whether you are training for a marathon or need to lose 100lbs these classes will yield results! This Boot Camp will challenge participants of all ability levels. Come explore this great way to get in shape and reach your fitness goals. A variety of exercises and techniques will be utilized to promote continual improvement. A new session and registration begins every month.
Times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6:00am – 7:00am
or Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Price: $75 per 4 week session (Registration form link)

Functional Fitness
Whether you exercise daily or are contemplating a healthier lifestyle, this is the class for you. Expect a total body workout with special emphasis on the core, balance, agility, and full body strength. Come exercise in a fun environment and meet new people. This 1-hour class is held twice per week and offered in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Try your first session for FREE!
Cost is $75 per month. For adults only.

High Intensity Cross Training
High Intensity Cross Training will take your fitness to a new level and improve your performance in hiking, biking, running, swimming, rowing, climbing and MORE! This class includes cardiovascular fitness, resistance training, injury prevention and innovative exercises. This intense exercise program is designed to improve your endurance skills and seriously reduce the risk of injuries.
When: Mondays & Wednesdays: Noon-1pm Fridays: 11am-noon
Cost: $120 per month
RECESS
Do you ever find yourself sitting at your desk and daydreaming of playing at recess? Make your dreams come true with Recess at U-District PT! The class will focus on general fitness through fun and active games. Bring your TGIF attitude (even if it’s Wednesday), and be ready to PLAY while you get a great workout!

Ski & Snowboard Conditioning
Our Ski & Snowboard Conditioning class focuses on dynamic flexibility, agility, functional lower body strength, high level balance, and total body conditioning- all essential components of skiing and snowboarding. Our goal is to make you a better athlete and reduce the risk of injury on the slopes. Challenge yourself on the US Ski Team’s Quadmill machine. Classes run from October through January and cost $75 per month.
Fit U
This program is an affordable group fitness option for college students that focuses on general speed, agility and conditioning in a fun environment. Fit U sessions run during Summer and Winter breaks.

Fit Bride
Look great for that perfect day. Fit BRIDE will guide you to the perfect body for your wedding day. The focus will be on cardio, weight loss and resistance training, all while having fun. Join a group and meet other brides, or bring your wedding party for private training sessions. Fit GROOM training is also available.
