High Intensity Cross Training
High Intensity Cross Training will take your fitness to a new level and improve your performance in hiking, biking, running, swimming, rowing, climbing and MORE. This class includes cardiovascualr fitness, resistance training, injury prevention and innovative exercises. This intense exercise program is designed to improve your endurance skills and seriously reduce the risk of injuries.
When: Tues/Thur 6-7am or Mon/Wed noon-1pm
